Pink supremacy / Hégémonie rose

One thing that I forgot last time I compared the Torontonian and Parisian transit systems, and which, alone, makes the Parisian transit system far superior to any other transit system in the world (with perhaps the exception of Korea and Japan, to be verified):

In Toronto, you get a stick figure and a text telling you not to lean on the doors. In here, a pink rabbit tells children not to put their hand in the doors, in order to avoid getting pinched real hard when the door opens.

À Toronto, on a un bonhomme en batonnets et un texte qui dit de pas s’appuyer aux portes. Ici, un lapin rose dit aux enfants de pas mettre la main sur les portes, pour pas se faire pincer très fort quand la porte s’ouvre.

The network may be saturated, with prices going overboard, crippled with strikes, but as long as there will be the pink rabbit in the Parisian subway, it will keep a special place in my heart… 😀

Le réseau est peut-être saturé, avec des prix qui crèvent le plafond, criblé de grèves, mais tant qu’il y aura le lapin rose dans le métro parisien, il gardera une place particulière dans mon coeur… 😀
